Smoothie Potassium Drink 1 Banana 1 cup Fruit Juice (grape, orange, etc) 1 cup flavored seltzer water Ice Fill a blender 3/4 full with ice. Add juice and seltzer. Blend for 30 seconds. Stop. Add banana. Blend until smooth. Pour into large cup and enjoy. |
